Xerox phaser 8500 error code 09, 038, 46:4597

Ink count sensor flags are stuck after melting 2.5 ink sticks. The following codes are recorded: 9,03x.41, where x= 5 for cyan, 6 for magenta, 7 for yellow, and 8 for black. (Your error indicates black ink loader failure)

Features on the bottom of genuine Xerox ink sticks actuate the Ink Out Sensor located at the forward end of each ink channel of the Ink Loader. The sensor indicates the passage of ink to provide a count of ink consumption.

Damaged or non-genuine ink sticks may not reliably actuate the sensors. This can lead to false Ink Out messages as well as Ink Stick count faults. Using 8400 model ink in a 8500/8550/8560 models will also cause 9,03x.4x ink stick count faults.
Ink Loader will need replaced and then diagnostics entered to run "Clear ISC Fault" test to clear the error.

My Phaser 8500 will not print and has error 08,045,43:75066 - Anyone know what this means?

The Xerox support site indicates there is a paper jam to the printer, so you should check the paper tray, front and exit cover for any jammed paper then power off and back on the printer. Have a look here: http://www.support.xerox.com/support/phaser-8500-8550/support/enus.html?operatingSystem=win7x64&fileLanguage=en

Error code 37,016.43 Xerox Phaser 8500 Printer Problem I get this error when I power up. Printer won't do anything. What can I do to fix it?

This is an internal power supply error. The 50 Volt supply has a fault, or there could be a short on the supply rail.
There could be an error in the Head Maintenance, Deskew, or pick clutches.

I think you will need a qualified technician to fix this.

Hi i have phaser 8560, it gives me a error 09,038,46:62248, plese who can solve me the problem.

Hi there
The onlty thing I can find close to this is.
Acording to the manual its a ink loader error like your loading the wrong type of ink like the puzzles pieces arent matching and hitting the sensor flags right. Yours by the 8 is referring to the black ink. Anyway go to troubleshooting on the control panel. then to service tools. when in service tools press and hold the up arrow while still pressing the up arrow press the down arrow. the display should say hidden menus. go to diagnostic mode press enter go to funtion menu. then go to clear ISC fault and enter. ISC=ink stick count fault. I hope that helps. Just to let you know Ive had nothing but problems with third party ink and once its in the system its hard to get out so I would watch what im doing with my expensive equipment

Xerox phaser 8500 error 09.005.40:64314

Best way to do that is take a screw. I use a drywall screw, and twist them into the blocks and slide them back and out. Remove all of them, see if there is just one stuck or not compltely advanced in the loader. Then replace them all . That should clear the code.

Phaser 8560 error code

Most likely you are using generic ink or ink not made for that specific machine. The black ink is the one causing the problem. the printer will then need to be reset.

If you have Warranty Still, CALL XEROX!!!, That error message indicates that you have a failed temprature sensor inside the print-head, 90% chance Xerox will have to replace print-head. Print head is VERY expensive to replace out of pocket ($500-800+)
