Won't come on after charging in usb hub

Depending on how long you've had the player, the batteries may need replacing.

I have seen a problem where the computer would not recognize the player and would not charge it, however.

First, I recommend trying to charge it directly from the computer USB port (not the hub) if possible. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling the software for the player to see if the computer will then recognize it and allow charging.

If neither of these fix the problem, it's probably time to replace the batteries.

Good luck!

I keep getting Fat Error. I have not dropped the unit. This proplem has just started today. Now my computer will not recignize the player, F5 will not refresh the player. If there is anyway you can HELP...

This error means that the player's partition's got messed up. Is there a way you can force the player into Disk Mode? If so, try that. If it works, the computer would recognize it. You can then right click on the drive and select "Reformat". That should fix everything.

Computer won´t recognize my player

format the player from the player ( set-system menu) not from the computer. pull the battery from the player and leave it out for 15 minutes.
reboot your computer. put the battery back in the player.
plug it into the usb port on the computer. worked for me
