Using Yahoo! Music Jukebox
Music Jukebox of Yahoo! is also a software utility for transferring your music to the player. The Yahoo! Jukebox contains links for buying music to download (there is a free trial).
This software is difficult to download directly form the original site.

I also have the same problem the first time I used it and I thought it was broken but if you look at the back side of the unit theres a little hole and by the use of a pin you could insert it and it will reset. I hope this could be usefull
