U8 error u9 - Xerox WorkCentre Pro 423 Copier

Blue Star ac error code u8 display what is problem ?

two error codes i get "H6" and "U8" after u8 system will not run at all..carrier is no help and service people have no ideas

3 possibility for U8 Error code:

1) Signal receiver faulty
2) PC board fails
3) Indoor blower fan motor faulty

Hi,

U8 is the ADF Set-up Error. This error is displayed when Pick roller unit is locked in the upper position, release(lower) the Pick roller unit to resolve the error. Secondly, if the hopper is over loaded, reduce the document load on the hopper.

U8-99 error of the target of the operation panel

u9 error code means there was a problem with voltage to the unit.Can be caused be either overage or a shortage. Have you had any power outages?

U9-3
Xerographic process problem.

The Exposure sensor detected low Exposure Lamp intensity. Switch the Main Power Switch off then on in order to clear the Status Code. Go to the U9-3 Xerographic Process Problem RAP

U9-4
Xerographic process problem.

The Main PWB sensed that the Toner Dispense Motor was not running. Perform 20-3 U Codes Clearance . Go to the U9-4 Xerographic Process Problem RAP

U9-5
Xerographic process problem.

The CSDC zero point was too high during auto setup. Perform 20-3 U Codes Clearance . Go to the U9-4 Xerographic Process Problem RAP U9-5 Xerographic Process Problem RAP .

U8 is an error for the paper transport unit., its the piece where the bypasss goes to you exit tray.

dear sir please check the exposure lamp unit may be it is dusty so clean it or check exposure lamp circuit fuse etc....
