Delete everything? i just got the switchback cell phone from my friend and he left everything on there, texts, pic, contacts, everthing, so does eveyone know how to reset the phone completly ? please help it would take hours to delete everything on the phone one by one

You can erase all contacts. Do you know if he had a security code? You will need it. If not it is either "0000" or the last for digits of the phone number. 1. Select menu -> Settings->Security 2. Enter your 4 digit code 3. Select ERASE CONTACTS 4. Select yes to all contacts. It will ask you to confirm 5. Press your left soft key with the dot in the middle. My zte z990g will not send text to one of my contacts but i recieve his Calls fine too he had his checked with his carrier no issues or blocks found im able to send text to everyone but him

Most cell phone companies have a online way to text. Try using it to see if your friend receives it. You could also delete the contact info for the friend and start all over after they send you a text.

My friend can't receive any more texts or pics on his LG Ally phone (Verizon). The message the phone gives him is that his text storage is full. Also...does "trash" file need to be emptied? How?

Now, what I found out, stopping me from resetting my entire frame was the text messaging requires the phone to have a certain amount of memory available (i think it is 15 mb). Once you delete your unwanted applications and reach above 15 - 20 mb available, try to send yourself a text. If you receive it then you've reached the storage available the phone requires.

I have t mobile prepaid samsung SGH T139 cell phone and just a few days ago i was having a text messaging conversation a with a friend and later on in the day i tried replying but it said sending failed...

not sure what message app your using but first have you rebooted. Off/on? also remove battery and put back in.
try sending just a pic to see if it goes. if it does.
delete the app if you can and download a fresh one or new one sometimes they don't update which is not fun!
also i found on mine sometimes deleting the contact and adding them back new that worked. Go figure..

When trying to send texts from my nokia E63 I get the repeated message Memory full close some applications then try again. Everything is closed and I have deleted everything off my phone!!

I realize that you stated, " I have deleted everything off my phone".

This includes both incoming and out going messages, texts, voicemail, etc? Any pix take up a bit of space too.

I'm just exploring the possibilities.
