Motorola V360.. i need to empty the memory

To disable predictive texting on Motorola V360:

1. Select the "Texting," "Text Messaging" or similar option on the menu screen.
2. Choose the "Text Options" or "Options" selection on the "Text Messaging" screen. Choose "New Message" or "New Msg" if no "Options" selection is available, then press the button associated with the "Options" selection found on the blank message screen.
3. Select "Entry Mode" on the screen. A list of options appear.
4. Select a non-iTap mode, such as "Symbols" or "abc2." Press "OK." The iTap entry mode is disabled.
   

I mentioned this in another area. We just got my son a motorola razr v3m, verizon. Any time he tried to check his inbox (which is text) or tried to send a text it would show memory full....this was the same if he tried to take a picture and send it.

First take out your battery, with the battery out, hold down you on button for like 15 seconds to drain the phone of juice, then put your battery back in it and turn it on. If this did not reset your phone, and if you are on verizon as your carrier, then you need to call them and make sure that they have you set up on their text messaging program. It used to be that if you didn't have, then they would charge you .20 cents a text, but with some of the razr, such as the v3m, you have to actually be on a monthly text plan to view inbox, send text, send pics, and receive pics and texts.

my motorola wont let me send or recieve texts and when i try a banner comes up and says memory full I've deleted pic, and all messages what else could be wrong.

got to the security menu and perform a master reset...this should stop the duplication for at least a day or so......if it continues you must contact your provider to have them reset your MDN on their SMS system.......all that means is they will delete your ability to send txt for a few seconds and resubmit a query to their system to have sms ability...........now you should be good to go. most service providers have seen this before and should understand the process or refreshing your sms and data settings

Are you using Micro SD transflsh memory??
Format the Card on the PC using FAT, after that use a CARDREADER and put these folders on the card: MOBILE and in the mobile folder put audio, video, kjava, picture, temp! Shutdown your Motorola, remove the backcover and plug-in the card! After that Start Your Motorola and copy a file from the mobile's memory on the CARD! It should work!

no, try the master clear first..its in initial set-up i think

The shared memory of your phone might be full,
Please see the no. of applications using the shared memory in your user guide and try to clear it.
