There is no way to reset the pattern or pass code on an Android, the only solution may be to reset the phones operating system back to default or find someone local who has an android unlocking machine. Normally those machines have the capability to reset the passcode and pattern unlocks.

mos likely it is a cracked screen....even a minor crack not visible will cause it not to work........if the screen is fine then it might be loose ribbon connection or bad microprocessor or the phone is frozen/locked due to nmo more memory.....try to reset the phone.....to manufactures reset condition......if all else fails.....have the screen checked for cracked glass.....these screens have a liquid in between 2 pieces of glass and a grid template which act as a capacitor so that it responds to you touching certain co-ordinates on the screen....any cracks at all will render it useless and must be replaced, their is no way to fix the screen if it is cracked....good luck

well it could have some water damage or maybe is the flex cable the one the sends de info from the logic board to the lcd...its about 5 bucks on ebay.......good luck

I'm afraid you are stuck with them. This is a problem lots of us would like to sort out! There is one way but I would never advise it ad it would void your garantee. If you are not bothered about that though....look into "rooting" your phone. Hope this helps.

What do you mean user data used up? Android phones should always let you set up a google account no matter the memory. It takes very minor memory. Only reason a phone won't connect to WiFi is if the WiFi passcode, password, isn't entered correctly, or weak signal.
