Paper jam I experienced a paper jam in my HP laserjet 1022 with a new compatible Toner. My question is if it is technically possible for a toner to cause a paper jam or it is 100% necessarily the printers fault. Thank you for your assistance, Jose Sales Barcelona, Spain

I have the same printer. Likely a Paper jam. Remove the Paper feed tray, the toner, open all the doors and rear bypass door and check.

This could happen due to
1. Worn wiper blade
2. Worn Drum
3. Worn PCR
above 3 are inside the toner, if you know how to replace them replace or install a new toner, if the problem still persists you have to check the fuser or contact a technician..

toner specs are usually caused by a bad cartridge. If it is a refill, it is possible that the waste toner bin was not emptied when cartridge was refilled. Try different cartridge as your first trouble shooting step.

slap it from back side of printer your problem will be resolved if it persists then check the cairtage holder for broken if it is so then replace the older your problem will be resolved .

Make sure you installed HP toner cartridge for your printer. and Insert is correctly into the printer. Try to use the old toner cartridge and check if this is the problem.

Just replace new toner cartridge and i might solve your problem. Regards

It must be a problem of your toner cartridge try to print with new cartridge

it may be not a genuine one, or you have a paper jam inside the printer

turn off you print and remove the toner and remove the jam paper and shake then place the toner back and on the printer then you will now restart you system which you place your printer on it will work like that a

You have a paper jam or you are out of toner.

Change the toner cartridge if no jam is found.
