SOURCE: wont charge

Your mp3 player is shot. Your circuit board in your mp3 player has fried. You will need to go out and buy a new one.

Wont charge or turn on at all

In my small small ( X3) experience, my own E10 doesnt respond when charging/connected to the computer. I dont believe it is meant to.

If you mean by 'turn on' to play music, no, it wont do that.

Wont start

Try charging it, if this doesn't work then try restoring the device (if you can get it to turn on) if this doesnt work then try the Philips support site, you can email them your problem and they should reply within 3 days. Weedy
