Whether you have an hardware issue or you do not have a external gpu.

its because the game require pixel shader 3 which is a very complicated technology.

you can't play that game in pixel shader 2.

But still if you have very strong processor and good ram you can play it with swift shader, otherwise it will be slow if you use swift shader.

Most cd changes only work with like brands. Sony with Sony .jvc with jvc. Find a manual for a brand new model on google or the the manufacturer and see if it has a problems section

The only way to play an mp3 player through this head unit is through an adapter. You will need to go to Best Buy or some electronics store and buy a cd-to-cassette adapter. You just plug the adapter into the mp3 player's headphone jack and insert the cassette into the head unit. Let the cassette play and play your music through the mp3 player and boom, you have a mp3-capable head unit.

You can not connect the subwoofer directly to your head unit. You need an amplifier installed to play the sub woofer. Asuming that there is an amplifier installed then: If your head unit has an RCA output on the rear, connect that to the LINE IN of your amplifier. Also there should be a Blue&White cable at the rear of the head unit.(amplifier remote) That should be connected the the remote terminal on the amplifier. That usb port is not meant for an ipod it was intended for a usb flash drive with mp3s on it. if you want to use your ipod you will need to get a interface mod, i believe the model number is jvc KS-PD100.. it should have it listed in your manual or you can call up jvc to confirm.

Get a pick up.. Look on line for a pick up for the unit. This is a common problem for these units

Well, best and cheapest are mutually exclusive.

Most older head units cannot directly translate the data from MP3/MP4's so your head unit will probably display something like "UNKNOWN TITLE".

I cleaned the heads with isoprophl alcohol on a q- tip and it started working again with no problems.
