1. On the Windows taskbar, click the Windows icon ( ), right-click Computer , and then click Properties .
2. In the System section under Processor , find the manufacturer, model, and speed (GHz) of the processor.

If your computer runs an AMD C-50, C-60, or Z-01 1.00 GHz processor, continue with the steps in the following solution.SolutionFollow these steps to download and install the newest, full-feature version of your HP printer software. Then, download and install a software patch to complete the installation.Step one: Download the softwareNOTE:You must download the Full Feature software to resolve the installation issue.

I suggest you contact Autodesk support and tell them you have problem installing their software on your computer. Don't forget to give them the specification of your computer and the version of Windows that is installed on your computer.

some errors usually include a four-digit numbered code. if there is, please let me know. I also need to know the exact error message. where do you see the error message? on the computer or printer? PLEASE TAKE NOTE THE EXACT ERROR MESSAGE AND LET ME KNOW.
for the mean time, you can use the printer without troubleshooting the error by just installing the basic driver. the product will still print as usual however the product might not have its full functionality. steps in installing the basic driver: restart the HP software installation then select the "express" or "minimal" installation option instead of the "full recommended" installation option. Then follow the on-screen instruction to complete the installation.

It could be a communications error message, the printer is not communicating with the computer.

Disconnect and then reconnect the USB cable.

Disconnect and then reconnect the printer power cable.

Restart the computer.

Remove and reinstall the printer software

If your printer does not function properly or communication error messages appear when using your printer, you can remove and reinstall the printer software.

Hi. That error pops up when you're using an installation cd that runs on Microsoft .Net Framework Version 2. Unfortunately, Windows 7 doesn't have that. Make sure you don't have the Lexmark installation cd in the computer. Eject the installation cd from the computer. Restart the computer and check if problem still persists. But if there's no cd in the computer and you have tried installing the software using the cd the first time, uninstall the Lexmark software by going to Start Menu > Programs > Lexmark 6600 Series folder > Tools > Uninstall. Reboot pc. Reinstall, this time, using the same installer you downloaded from the Lexmark website only. Don't use the installation cd. Hope this fixes your problem.

Make sure that your firewall program is shut down before installing the programs. I have hp program on mine and after I shut down my firewall it went through. Try downloading the latest software from www.hp.com

64 MB RAM for basic software installation (256 MB RAM for full software installation), 200 MB available hard disk space for basic software installation (450 MB for full software installation)
unless you get another 256mb memory it would be best for you to do basic installation.

This Roxio Creator Basic V9 came with your Vista machine?
But you have to install it yourself?

Or did you have The V9 already from another, older HP machine?
If so it won't work on Vista.
