You can appeal to Amazon.com's Customer Service department. Once your free period has elapsed, it automatically becomes a "Paid Membership". If you haven't used any Prime Benefits outside the free window you can receive a refund of the full amount. Their policy on cancellation of Prime membership reads as follows: "Paid members who haven't placed an Amazon Prime eligible order are eligible for a full refund. You can't receive a refund if any of the household members have placed an Amazon Prime eligible order."

So, depending on how you've used the account, you may be out of luck.

You didn't mention the kind of vehicle you are working with but this looks like a Ford serial number. Your code should be 2877. There should be a hole somewhere on the device that you can stick a paper clip into. If you do this and hold it for 10-20 seconds it should reset the device. If you reset it and it still doesn't power on, even with new batteries....chances are that you have a hardware problem that would need to be fixed by the manufacturer.
