How do I compute population standard deviation on the TI 84 plus?

Put the data into a list using whatever scheme you prefer. Press STAT right-arrow to bring up the STAT CALC menu. Select "1-Var Stats" and specify the list containing the data. You'll get a screen showing the various statistical values. The population standard deviation is designated by a lowercase sigma.
