Why won't my Hydro by Kyocera turn on?

Make sure your phone is fully charged: plug it in and wait until the charge light (bottom right just below the screen) goes from red to white/green. Then turn the phone on using the power button (top edge of the phone just above the "a" in "Kyocera") by pressing and holding it for 5 seconds.
If the charge light doesn't come on when you plug it in, your battery may not be correctly installed, or you may need a new battery. Hope that helps!

Battery charger red charging light blinks once then goes out

Do the batteries charge? Are they charged? The green indicator normally is the status signal that the battery is charged and the red indicates that the battery needs charging or is charging. If you plug in a charged battery, some chargers will flash red momentarily then go out. This is an indication that the charger checked the battery (red light) and if the charge is good, the red light will go out. I hope this helps you.

We had to order a new headset (ear piece) to our CS70 system. Do we need to program it? It is not picking up the handset.

To pair another headset to the same base, you must first enable the multi-shift
pairing feature. Long press (5 sec.) the speaking volume minor adjust up button on
back of base until the power indicator light flashes.
2. Place a charged headset in charging cradle and red indicator light on base will flash
for 2 seconds if the multi-shift pairing feature is enabled. Within 10 seconds of
doing so, press either the "+" or "-" listening volume button for 3 seconds until the
headset talk indicator lights to indicate pairing mode, and goes out after successful
pairing. Repeat steps

Do you have a SIM card installed on this phone? If not, try inserting one properly and correctly.

Secondly, how good is your battery? Try charging your battery fully. Also, it should be a good battery with some life left in it.

Finally, if you have a valid and authenticated SIM card installed, and your battery is good and fully charged, the next thing to do is remove the battery, wait for about 60-90 seconds, reinsert battery and unit should boot up fine after about 2-5 minutes. Hope this helps.
