If their is no power ckeck your power outlet with any currnet meter to check the voltage is avalible to operate the printer is avalible change the plug cable and try again or try with any other cable avalible check the power switch of the cable if nothing happen better to contact your service center

Mp 350 printer shows off line, no led's,tried diff pwr outlets,

The printer is not getting detected by the computer.
Instead of reseating power cord try to connect the usb cable to another port at the back of the computer tower.

Turn off the printer and then restart after 1 minute.

Compatable inks

The easy answer is yes, but Epson's are notorious for clogging up when you are not using epson genuine ink. Everytime I have used anything but an epson cartridge im my printer it has cost me more to clean it then if I spent the extra $ on epson ink. Hope this helps.

check the black ink level may be its already used up. It needs to be replaced. Ink is consumed during cleaning. Try to replace with a new one. all in one printers does nit print if 1 ink is lacking.
