I think your software does't support Window 7 Ulta because it is on 86 bit.
Check out the latest version of your software for that.

i think u have softwere o fthis computer. there is we cam softwer . go control panel and delete instiling camera then re instal by softwer . then it can work.2/ check sysem manager usb port of camera working or not.

computer purchaser should have all type softwere cd. if not computer manufacter kept it on any drive look and write it on cd/dvd. llook your modle and serch this softwere in internet todays we get any type of softwere. But this are are diffrent becauseof operating system as xp and vista.supported. ihadevista i remove this and put sp 3 but i surch it supported softwere from net.(nepal)
