There is an issue with the purge unit inside the printer.
If you are under warranty you are in luck, but first ask yourself how old is the printer and is it worth fixing and if not get a new one.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for your printer. Unplug the printer from your computer and run the driver installation disc that came with your printer. After installing the drivers, plug the printer and it will install the drivers.

i'm helpless coz either my printer or Scanner isn't working, so pliz
