Try removing the battery and cleaning the terminals (both on the battery and internal contacts) with a pink pencil eraser. Then you can put it back together, plug it in, and fully charge it.
Good luck, I hope it revives for you!

Your PSP is on, hence the green light, its most likely your display that is messed up.

Try tapping the display button ( which is next to the mute button) a few times, if nothing comes up then you should send it in to be fixed or buy a new one.

No output

You should start with Rotary switch on "Maintenance Bypass" position and Qf1 open.
Turn Rotary Sw to "Test" position and wait for self test to execute and UPS to turn on.
Once you get the Yellow lamp lit, it is asking for QF1 to close
Once closng QF1, if green LED is lit, turn UPS off by pressing gray button until it ask for confirmation, select Yes and press Return.
Turn Rotary Sw to Normal position, press On button and the green LED will illuminate.
If, after closing QF1, the green LED didn`t lit, turn Rotary Sw to Normal, press On button and wait for green LED to lit.

Thats`it...

My 4100b is flashing ethernet green and power green that's all.

Hello I have the same modem and it had the same problem where it only lit the Power and the Ethernet LEDS. It is Quite easy to fix. All you have to do is Hard Reset it because soft resetting it wont do.
To hard reset it: 1. Hold the Reset button on the back of the modem for ~10 sec. until it resets itself. 2. >>Before all the LEDS disappear and only show power then Ethernet<< turn it off and unplug all the connections. Leave it unplugged for a few hours just to make sure that it goes back to Factory Default setting.
After that, plug everything in and turn it on.
Now, if it does not change and returns to normal. Press the Reset button while all the LEDS are lit then quickly unplug the 12vdc plug and wait.
If this fails, Search google for forums that mentions this similar modem ad same symptoms and see if they have a solution.
Hope it works, GOOD LUCK!!
