Main motor/ transport motor lock/ fusting motor error.

The only thing you can do is check for any obstructions in the machine.

That needs to be looked at by a service because the problem could be a motor, a pcb, or a power supply.

It can be a lot of troubleshooting to do.

Controller to operation panel comucation error at start up.Check the controller stall,controller board installed correctly operation panel connectors.Enter im the service menu ,press the SP mode,open the front door,turn off the copier,unplugged the machine.Wait 10 seconds,plugged on the machine,close the front door,turn ON the copier and make a copy.

SOURCE: Error code SC 548 on Ricoh Aficio 1022 copier. Need to reset m/c

sc 548- service call - fusing unit not set properly
the fusing unit connector may be loose.
u can reset the error by entering the service mode (careful -do not change anything )
to enter the service mode press [all clear](yellow button) ,[1],[0],[7],[clear](orange button)and keep the button pressed for about 5 sec.
go in copier options , then mode 5, then option 810
and execute(or 1 & ok)

(careful -do not change anything else)

Press CLEAR MODE(yellow) key,
Press 1 , 0 , 7
Press and hold down CLEAR/STOP (red) key for more 5 sec.

sc561 on an MP C2500 is a thermopile error. The thermopile may need to be replaced, but first make sure it is connected properly and hasn't been moved or loosened.

You'll need to go into service mode and execute SP 5810 in order to clear the sc561 code.
