BLINKING GREEN LIGHT WONT RESET TV. KEEPS BLINKING. HAD A POWER OUTAGE FOR 3 HRS LAST NIGHT. CAME ON FOR A BRIEF SECOND THEN WENT OFF AGAIN.

There are 4 capacitors in your DM Module that have been known to go bad. They are located in the metal box that is on the left side of the set looking at it from the back. The capacitors can be changed with relative ease, but if you don't have any experiance in electronics, I would advise that you have an service provider do it for you.

Power won't stay on

What does the light blink? Also look on the printed circuit boards right below the picture tubes and see if there is any fluid leaking on them. These are the first things we need to know.

Power outage last night. Deleted all saved voicemail messages. when turned on - machine says "no massages" How do I retrieve lost messages?

I'm sorry there isn't. Answering machines like this have very little ROM memory. After a powersurge and outage like last night, it wiped the whole memory chip. You can try there support page. It's actually pretty good. http://telephones.att.com/telephones_ui/support/index.cfm
