Try this driver - Gigaware is a RadioShack in-house brand and this is the only USB-Serial driver they have. http://support.radioshack.com/Download/software/260-0183.exe

I bought a Gigaware, usb multimedia Keyboard, for my desktop computer, and when i run the disc, to install it tells me my sysstem will not support it. i run windows xp with service pack 3. Which is one of the listed systems this should work with. What now?

The 26-183 is their old adapter. I think they abandoned it because it lacked Vista drivers.

I downloaded that one but it does not seem to be picking up the USB/serial cable. I think its for the radio shack adapter.
Friend asked about finding a Gigaware USB to serial port adapter driver because they said that no driver was supplied with the one they bought (running XP Home on Dell Laptop). I told them I thought it would be easy to find one on-line - no success so far.
