My Canon LBP 2900B refuses to print when connected to my Dell laptop. The error message is printer is offline. But it prints fine when connected to my husband's Samsung laptop. Help!

No, the Canon LBP 2900B printer is a monochrome laser printer that only prints documents. It does not have the capability to scan or make photocopies. To make a Xerox copy, you would need to use a photocopier or a multifunction printer that has photocopying capabilities.
I'm a bit confused...are you trying to print while printer is offline? Or are you trying to print and the the printer is offline and won't allow you to print?
If it is the second then check the printer to ensure it is properly plugged in and turned on. Also ensure that your computer has the drivers installed for the printer.
have given a maual printing option for canon lpb 2900b i got trouble in printing each and every time i have 2 restart printer 2 print one paper. Also printer going automatically paused stage. Please solve this issue
go to printer properties then printer preferance there check any options is there for printe in both side ........ and check your printer heaving the options to print in both side................
