I Want to view canon camera IXUS870IS what shld i do

Any burning software will work what ever brand you chose, I preferre Nero, but windows Vista and 7 have software already built in to recognise most all cameras. So you don't really need anything els unless you chose. Wasn't there software included in the camera? there shouls have been a CD or DVD that came with the camera. You can also check the Canon website for more info and software

which will allow you to view / use your device. You may try exploring your programs menu and looking under those that start with "Toshiba". Vendors typically bundle some software to showcase the hardware they give you in a computer...

This sounds like it might be a defective CCD imager. If so, Canon should fix this for you for free, including free shipping both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check this link for more info.

If it is Canon A60 camera then it has bad ccd imager and requires replacement.

When CCD Imager Sensor in camera got defective, camera shows such tinted view.
This part should be replaced to see normal view.

The view finder is the optical device at the top of the camera. Is this what you are referring to? If you are referring to the LCD panel on the back of the camera, Canon's Digital SLR cameras (nor other makers, as far as I know) did not have the option to preview your shot on the LCD before the 2007 models came out. A digital SLR camera is unlike a "point and shoot" camera in this regard.

Canon's current digital SLRs which have the "Live View" option, are the Rebel XSi, the EOS 40D, the EOS-1D MkIII, and the EOS-1Ds MkIII.
