In the US, we can order individual parts, and it's economical. You'd have to check the UK site to see if you can.

Panasonic's UK site is here, and you can use the support links to find spare parts and servicers.

Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.

Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I made) that demonstrates how it's done.

Help need replace glass panel in pvc
Hi,

This door is radius and would be difficult to replace. Repair clinic claims the part is due in at the end of this month, I wish you luck on your search. I have not seen someone make this correctly as the metal supports at the bottom are attached to the glass and the stainless steel outer panel is just a panel stuck to glass.

Glass outer door on oven shattered spontaneously while grill was in use and door wide open. is it possible to get a new door or glass? the handle obviously fell off also due to the glass shattering

The inner door glass shattered and now no power
There's a safty switch which prevents the unit from operating if the door isn't fully closed. When the glass shattered a small piece may have blocked the switch from operating properly. Check around the door seals for any irregularities.

Panasonic nnt774sf door will not remain closed. It appears the top plastic piece on the microwave itself (not on door)that the hooks latch on to is broken. Is there a way to fix this?
You can purchase parts for Panasonic microwaves but home repair is not recommended due to them being lethal if you do something wrong. I would find a good local repair shop and they should be able to find the part and repair. It might not however be cost effective, depends on the part price.

Glass continually shattering on combination neff oven
That's a huge gap.

You might ask their customer service people to authorize the replacement of the whole door or the glass and the inner door panel where the gap is.

If they won't help you, you could clean it thoroughly, then carefully caulk the gap with high temperature caulk.

GE Microwave/Convection Oven - Door Glass Just Exploded!!!
This happened to us 3 weeks ago with our 3 year old Kitchenaid microwave. Several hours after its last use it just shattered. In doing research I discovered that this has also happend with GE microwaves, all 3 years old. The cause seems to have been a batch of defective glass supplied by a third party. Whirlpool was very quick to cover the cost of the replacement, even though our microwave was out of warrantee.

Panosonic NN-S525BF Latch Spring Broken
You have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.

In most cases, the spring mount on the inner door panel breaks off, and while the ideal way to fix it is to replace that whole panel, the time, cost and labor are considerable.

It's usually easier and cheaper and just as effective to use epoxy and some kind of hardware to fashion a new spring mount.

Or if there is enough material to drill a hole for the spring, do that, install the spring, then add a dab of epoxy to cover the bottom loop of the spring where it goes through the hole you drilled.

Let the epoxy dry overnight before you close the door or use the oven.
