How to hard reset it

Reset the device first by holding in the power button for 15 seconds or longer. If this fails, download the Sansa Connect Recovery Tool from: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1532

Philips mp3 player wont turn on

Please try to format the player as formatting it will likely correct the issue. Formatting will destroy all data on the player and get rid of any corruption. You would need to right click on the removable disk icon under My Computer and choose format, we recommend using the FAT file system. The two ways i know how to reset would be to remove the battery or hold down the power button for 20 seconds.

Sanso Clip 2G from Windows Media Player

You may be syncing them to the wrong file. This is odd, but try fishing around the device for any "Music" folders. Then, you should be able to cop&paste the songs there. Please rate!
