I forgot my password, how i reuse my memory card?

Do you need your data back? Is it lost without the password? Hardly anyone we know besides ourselves can solve this. I wont go on posting links to our many many stories about this topic unless you all request me to, as many sites see this as spam. We are developing tools to help those people that are having major issues with loosing data on microSD cards. Many of the cards produced these days are becoming damaged, bent etc. There is no rhyme or reason for these issues, they just happen. microSD's showing a size of 31MB is becoming common, it's a bad situation, it means the card is badly damaged. You will need assistance from an educated professional. :) Yay, right? Well there are some that DO know what's up here. This I promise. :victory: We are consulting directly with NASA and act as the primary lab for such cases daily, we are in business for over 15 years. There is a sense of desperation these days in dealing with damaged and lost data on microSD's. We are at about a 45% success rate no matter what has happened to a microSD. Many of them are reported as the wrong size, many are not recognized and some have obvious issues such as breaks, cracks, lost passwords etc. No matter what others say anywhere there is hope for you all that have major issues. microSD cards are considered monolith devices (monolithic). USB sticks and regular SD cards these days can be made with NAND wafers or a complete package, what we call in the industry a monolith storage device. We can get inside these devices by taking off layers with special machinery and we also can use many other options to get around the microSD damage or lack of access. I will only say below in my signature who we are and hope we can share and help this thread and community with future success stories, if anyone has questions and MUST have a solution feel free to reach out to me/us. eProvided Denver Colorado HQ ' Globally If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/bruce_5b31b07b57018d8b

I have a SanDisk 4GB

Connect your SanDisk card with a card reader into computer. If it can be detected in my computer, you can recover your pictures with data recovery software like Tenorshare Data Recovery. It can recover data after deeply scanning your memory card to look for lost data. By the way,you can download it and scan your SanDisk card for free to preview whether your pictures can be recovered.Get it from http://www.any-data-recovery.com/product/datarecoverystandard.htm
When you insert the card into computer and it asks you toformat it before you use it,firstly recover your pictures with data recovery program then format it to make it work normally.

Default password

Solution one

  • Go to file manager on your mobile
  • In Settings choose system folders,
  • In the System folder, find a file called mmcstore
  • Send the file to your PC using IR/Bluetooth
  • Open the file in Notepad
  • The password you need for your memory card is located within that file

Solution two

1. Insert your card into your phone, without accessing it through the phone 2. Run FExplorer and Open the path C:\system 3. Find the file called mmcstore, and rename it mmcstore.txt 4. Copy that file (mmcstore.txt) to your PC and open it in Notepad 5. Your password will be located within that file.

How to format my corrupted

If you a using a card reader that plugs into your PC and it STILL doesn't read from the card, this means that the card itself is defective and needs to replaced. You CAN try using another card reader to see if that helps.

Hope this helps. :)

Problem with reading Sandisk 4gig hc micro sd card in my computer and laptop

Does the micro sd card been detected by your computer? If not, you may try other card reader, or other computer. If still does not detected, you may try to go to device manager and see whether the sd card is there, if yes, then you can assign a drive letter to the sd card.Once SD card shows as a drive letter on PC, you can download sd card recovery software to get back your files. recommended asoftech photo recovery that helped me before. download it from link belowSD Card Recovery SoftwareYou can refer to this card recovery tutorialRecover files from SD CardIf above does not work, you may have to format the memory card (use quick format), and then use Asoftech Data Recovery to scan again the memory card and recover your files.
