The thin lines are caused by a worn out drum. Remove each drum in turn and look at the surface. It maybe hard to see the scratches and if so then send solid blocks of the primary colours one at a time and that will prove which drum is at fault.

Hi,

Double-click print centre icon.
when it opens up, select I560, then click configure.
click I560 then click select
click the down arrow to select test print.
nozzle, alignment etc...
run the tests try resolve the problem.

Yes you can clean this Printer yourself, although i would hire a printer technician to do it.
It is a really messy job if you are not familiar with doing it, or if you do not have the right tools to do the job
