www.lexmark.com has load of options for this. Choose your operating system, and download the newest drivers, which are more likely to work, than what you may have had anyway. got backup?

Have lost my cd for setup on LexMart x5470.
This is a link to Lexmark for your X5470 drivers....please select from the drop down lists at the bottom of page whether you are using Mac platform or Windows platform. Then choose which operating system within to download appropriate driver.

The lexmark drivers and software (same as on cd) are available on the lexmark website www.lexmark.com Support -> Driver finder -> insert your Model into the field and follow on screen instructions.

Dont have installation CD for Lexmark X5470 All in ONe
You say your computer was incompatible? What does that mean? You should be able to get the software installed this way:
  1. Go to the Lexmark Find Drivers/Product Selector page.
  2. Enter Lexmark X5470 under "Search by Model", and click the Search button.
  3. Select your OS from the dropdown (XP, Vista etc.).
  4. Click Download Now.
  5. If you're asked to Save or Run, choose to Run (it keeps you from having to go find the file and double-click it later).
