Cannot create same user box on second machine

I created box 111 on machine A. When I tried to create box 111 on machine B, it's telling me number already assigned. What's the solution? Of course I can use prefix A or B.

    I'm using Web connection. The box exist in one machine but not on the other.

The only way that would be happening is if the box esists.

Are there any boxes already created?

Are you working from Panle or Web Connection. Web conection will easily list all boxes stored on machine.
Log in as an Admin to really see what is going on.

How do i set up a scan box on my konica, i have my i.p address already konica minolta bizhub c252

How to setup scan to hard drive on a c250 with standard controller:

1. Enter the ip address in your web browser.
2. Click on the file tab and then the create box under the mailboxes.
3. Input a mailbox number and password that you select in the proper fields.
4. Click on create and after the browser returns to the previous screen you can create another mailbox or log out.
5. After all mailboxes have been created you click on the scan tab to set up a one-touch key.
6. Select the index number you wish to set the one touch key under and then click on an open box. (box with --- In it).
7. On the destination screen that opens select scan to hdd and click on the next box.
8. Name the mailbox with the name you want on the machine display in the destination name field.
9. Select the mailbox name or number for the location using the drop down menu.
10. Click on create to finish creating the mailbox and making it available as a one touch key.

Konica minolta B250 scan to HDD problem

What number are you trying to give the box? It needs to be a three digit number I believe.

Do not try to go in sequence, just give it a number like, 111, or 222, this will be sure as not to conflict with any exsisting boxes.
