Cannot create same user box on second machine

after the first image,its freeze,i click and nothing move

There are few registry keys on your computer which are either being deleted or are infected and then you keep getting these prompts on to your computer. There are few work arounds that you can try.

1. Try to take your computer to day before which you are facing this problem by performing an system restore.

To perform system restore follow the steps below
Go to All programs/ accessories / system tools / system restore

2. Create a new user account

To create a new user account try the below steps
Go to control panel / Users / Create a new user / choose an Adminstrative account / Give a name and click on ok
Click on start / switch user / Choose the new user account which you have created

How to setup scan to hard drive on a c250 with standard controller:

1. Enter the ip address in your web browser.
2. Click on the file tab and then the create box under the mailboxes.
3. Input a mailbox number and password that you select in the proper fields.
4. Click on create and after the browser returns to the previous screen you can create another mailbox or log out.
5. After all mailboxes have been created you click on the scan tab to set up a one-touch key.
6. Select the index number you wish to set the one touch key under and then click on an open box. (box with --- In it).
7. On the destination screen that opens select scan to hdd and click on the next box.
8. Name the mailbox with the name you want on the machine display in the destination name field.
9. Select the mailbox name or number for the location using the drop down menu.
10. Click on create to finish creating the mailbox and making it available as a one touch key.

Create speed dial entries for fax numbers that you use frequently. The number of speed dial entries you can set up depends on the HP device. For more information, see the specifications for the HP device.
To manually create a speed dial entry 1 In the HP Solution Center, click Settings, point to Fax Settings and Setup, and then click Fax Speed Dial Settings. 2 Click New Entry. 3 In the Speed Dial Settings - New Entry dialog box, type a name and fax number, and then click OK. 4 In the Speed Dial Settings dialog box, click Save. The entry is stored on the HP device.
Note If you are creating a speed dial entry for a networked HP device and you are unable to save the entry, another user on the network might have accessed the same speed dial. Wait a few minutes and try to save the entry again. You cannot edit a GROUP, you must delete it and create a whole new GROUP

What number are you trying to give the box? It needs to be a three digit number I believe.

Do not try to go in sequence, just give it a number like, 111, or 222, this will be sure as not to conflict with any exsisting boxes.
