RCA D52130 My problem started with the picture starting to fade and then would go to black. I would turn it off, and then it would come back. I might have a pictue for a couple of days, I would repeat the same process and it would work. The other day it went out and I have not been able to get picture back. I have sound all the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated and loction of parts would be a great plus. Thanks, Greg Wright

check whether any ic is short or any capacitor is buldged up get it replaced it will work properly.not too costly.if you know soldering.

  • Anonymous Aug 14, 2008

yes it is very very easy you can get both the ic and the capacitor at the electronic shop you should know the soldering procedure properly.or you can call the electric repair person he can also do the normal soldering.

I have a rca hd56w66, my screen shuts off but the audio still stays on. For a few days, it started fading to orange and then to green and then out to black. After about a minute, the picture would come...

Sounds like you lost the power supply to guns, now this doen't mean you have to go looking for it, you will need a repair person to fix it. Word of advise, if you haven't had one of these fixed before it can range in upwards of 600.00 or more to fix now days.

Still can,t find fuses in back amp 250v and 6.3

I have only found one fuse on this, but there's probably others. The one i found was to the left and behind the plug. you have to take off the black plastic covering the plug, and all the other connections. You can see the fuse if you look between the bottom of the vertical and horizontal circuit boards in the corner.

RCA 32" TV - Model #32F531T - Faded to black

Isolate filament voltage from CRT,i.e. unplug Crt socket from pix tube.Measure filament voltage on CRT PCB.If present, suspect bad pix tube.If missing, solder any/all connects in filament circuit, meaning CRT board first then main PCB.
