It will be one of two things Drum cart or fuser, from your description it sounds like the drum, it has a rubber blade on it that wipes old image from it. They wear and dont perform properly. Replace drum
The only other likely possibilty is worn fuser roller (hot bit at rear
) To find if it is fuser or drum stop print mid way and remove cart to see print, if image is bad before print has gone threw fuser(wipes off) then it is drum, if print is ok pre fuser then it is fuser roller causing prob.
SOURCE: Problem printing multiple pages on one sheet!
This is not the fault of the printer but the fault of word.
The way I did it successfully was as follow:
File > Page Setup > Layout = Landscape (sounds like you have already done this)
In the print dialoge, instead of OK, click Properties. On the layout tab, select landscape and below that select pages per sheet = 4 and then click ok... Then click OK to print.

That is usually caused by the paper feed rollers being cover with paper dust. Take a clean cotton pad and alcohol and clean the rollers :turninig each roller as you clean it. if it has a rear dor, open it to get better access to the rollers.

SOURCE: Printer prints all pages on one sheet of paper
what application are you printing from? also, can you do a print preview to see if there are more than one page? if that works, then your printer mechanism is not following the driver information from the print queue manager.
