Could be several problems. You can isolate the motor and use a DC power source (power tool battery, Lantern battery)to check if the motor is good. if its a 3.0l v6 then your valve guides have fallen down into valve pockets. head removal and repair would be required. a spark plug could be oil fouled from the oil consumption causing low power

i suggest try a power reset
by taking out all the cables and leave the printer for 3 min and power it on again and if that doesnot help try taking out the tonner and check for any physical paper jam it that doesnot work then am afraid it time u get a new printer
In your case battery might have gone deep discharge first charge your battery properly to full charge then switch on the phone. If you battery doesnot hold the charge then replace the battery.
