I JUST REFILL MY COPIER AR5320E WITH A TONNER WHILE PRINTING IT STARTED SHOWING F2 WHEN PRESS PRINT IT SHOWS 04 WHAT CODE DO I USE TO CORRECT THIS PLS

Toner cartridge memory counts how many print outs passing through it, once memory sensed yield count crossed, printer will say that "low toner" , after couple of prints it will says to "replace the cartridge". If you refilled this cartridge with out replacing the memory printer will treats its old cartridge only.. Replacing the memory will solves your problem.

Below are the F2 errors and causes for Sharp AR-M160

"F2-31" Image density sensor fault
"F2-32" Drum mark sensor fault
"F2-33" Grid voltage correction problem
"F2-35" Grid voltage correction problem
"F2-37" Drum mark sensor fault

Cause : CRUM chip defect OR Improper developing unit
Check and remedy : As you have already replaced the tonner, we can suggest Replace the CRUM chip,Replace the developing unit

after refilling the tonner of xerox workcentre 3119 printer showing tonner empty message

REFILL THE TONNER OR TRY CLEARING IT BY PRINTING SELF TEST
OR REPLACE IT IF IT IS IN WARRANTY.

according the manual F2-04 means drum data read problem,may be it can be reset why don't give a try;
1, power on,
2, press "clear","interupt", "0", "interupt"
3, press 14 prss start
4, press clear

WHEN F2 FLASHES JUST PRESS START KEY U WILL RECEIVE A SUB CODE.IF SUB CODE IS 02 THIS IS TONER SUPPLY PROBLEM IF 04 THIS IS DATA PROBLEM LIKE AS IDENTIFICATION PROBLEM MODEL ERROR TYPE ERROR.BYMIAN AKHLAQ

Those printer tonners are very tricky to refill and a bad refill induse on bad printing so you can clean the drum (the round green thing) with isopropilic alchool. If it continues it indicates that the blade ( inside tonner plastic blade that cleans the excess tonner powder) is durty and you can clean it too with the same alchool. If it continues replace the tonner cartridge.
