I would say that is one of your relays or fuse. It may actually be on your engine firewall, even though it seems to be from under the dash.

Yes the noise was from a relay .... the correct answer I discovered was when the seat belt was not correctly or pehaps firmly closed there is a seltbelt warning light that flashes in the top middle roof next to the lights where u can choose on / door / off..

Because of this odd location of seltbelt warning light and the fact it flashes I didnt notice it and as the noise was coming from the same relay that controls the indicators while im bent down under dash of course I didnt have the seltbelt on...

How to reset 4 wheel drive with whirring under drivers seat on my 2005 Isuzu dmax tried pressing buttons on dash but didn't work

More information please. This 'Whirring' noise could be the reason for the issue.
Is this noise a higher pitch, fast electrical whine or a slower 'clonking' sound? When do you get the noise? Is it all the time or only some of the time? Does it happen when you press the 4WD buttons with ignition On and the engine Off? Does it happen when the vehicle is stopped and at idle or only when it is moving?
A faster, higher pitched noise suggests the electrical motor that shifts between 2WD and 4WD is struggling. A slower 'Clunking' suggests a mechanical issue. Are there any warning lights on the dash?

I am getting a click click noise while I am driving my car.

Does the clickin get faster as you accelerate, if so it may be your cv joints. Or, does it click when you touch the brake pedal? If so its just the stop switch relay and its normal.

Toyota blinker makes noise when the blinkers aren't on.

You need to replace flasher unit. This regulates the flashing speed. Check under the drivers side dash (it may hang amongst wires or in a fuse box) or under bonnet where all the large fuses are (these will be in a covered box). Sounds like under dash because of noise. Google search flasher units to see what the look like.

1992 crown victoria wipers will not work .Clickin at a device under dash above gas pedal when switch is activated. All fuses test out .

can you grab the wipers and make them move with your hand? If so the linkage has come apart. The clicking noise would be something hitting.
