There is a fuse for the theft system, try pulling them out for a bit. Other than that leave the key in the On position for 30 mins as it's a security issue. Sometimes unlocking the drivers door with the key may help.

Sure it is not getting any fuel? Then that is the problem. Check out fuel delivery system and components such as fuel pump, filter, injectors being fired, etc. If the Vat system was activated the car would start but then almost right away after wards shut the engine down. But if you have had the battery disconnected you might just want to check out resetting it for "in case."

You messed up the linkage and it is not going to fix itself. You have to check what became unhinged and put it back.

Right now, I'm thinking the head lamp switch assembly has a problem? See the wire color in the top of head lamp, that is voltage, fuse protected, hot all the time. When problem is ongoing, you could use a test lite, check for voltage at fuse circuit? The headlamp switch assembly is located on headlamp ground circuit. There could be a wiring problem, somewhere. I am not familiar with the model or the modification. The relay is required to act as a switch to relieve the load on the igniton/starter switch and the stock wiring. The starter switch now switches on the relay instead of operating the starter directly. The relay contains two parts - the switching contacts and the relay coil or electromagnet that when energised pulls the switching contacts together or apart depending on design. For use as a starter relay a standard 4-pin relay would be suitable but a 5-pin could be used without detriment leaving one pin unused. The wire from the ignition/starter switch will be used to energise the relay coil and therefore switch on the current flow to the solenoid. In order to energise it must be part of a circuit and so current must flow through the coil from the ignition/starter switch and then to ground - the thin black wire is traditionally the ground wire for the relay coil, but you will need to check this yourself. In order to switch a good supply of current to the starter soleniod the relay switching contacts are connected, one to a battery supply and the other one to the soleniod S terminal. The battery supply could be from the battery or from the large stud terminal of the soleniod. If from the battery or other remote place best practice would be to ensure a suitable fuse is also included. While the relay coil ground wire is traditionally thin the battery supply and solenoid wires traditionally are fairly thick. Sometimes a relay has a helpful circuit imprinted on the cover. Many relays can easily have the cover removed and once you see inside the way it works becomes failty obvious. I hope this helps...

If the system is empty, it will usually hold about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 gallons of liquid. You can add water, but you want to make sure it is distilled water. you do not want to use tap water as the minerals will clog up your system causing more expensive future repairs. But you also do not want straight water as the boiling and freezing points are not optimal. Your best bet is to use premixed universal coolant.

I would get a second opinion , there not the brightest people . Take it to a ASE certified repair shop or dealer . Does your vehicle start an run ? If the brain box was bad it probably would not . Powertrain Control Module/EEPROM Replacement/Programming Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Notice: In order to prevent internal damage to the PCM, the ignition must be OFF when disconnecting or reconnecting the PCM connector. Service of the PCM should normally consist of either replacement of the PCM, EEPROM re-programming or a KS module change. If the diagnostic procedures call for the PCM to be replaced, the PCM should be checked first to see if it is the correct part. If it is, remove the KS module from the faulty PCM and install it in the new service PCM. The service PCM will not contain a KS module. DTC P0601 indicates the EEPROM programming has malfunctioned. When DTC P0601 is obtained, re-program the EEPROM. If a DTC P0325 is set, check the KS module for proper installation. If it is installed correctly and DTC P0325 is still displayed, replace the KS module. The ignition should be OFF for at least 10 seconds before disconnecting power to the PCM so the IAC valve has time to move to the engine OFF position.
