Normally this means that the power supply or the load is incorrect.
Have you very low impedance speakers ?
Have you tried disconnecting speakers from amp and powering it on.
If it does and you do not get any protection light you need to investigate your speakers.

Red light flashing, and how to reset to standby ?

red flashing light usually means that the receiver is in protection mode and it has a hardware problem like burned channel or bad power supply or thermal protection, etc. For some receivers/models (you didn't mention your model) you can override this protection but the receiver can get more damages. So, better to bring it to a service center for diagnosing /repair. Thanks, ebcelectronics

JVC KD-R610 is stuck in Protect mode

Try disconnecting your battery, reconnecting it, and resetting your stereo. If that doesn't work, the constant power (yellow wire) or ignition wire (red wire) may have come in contact with ground or isn't properly connected. Make sure everything is connected properly and try resetting your stereo. If it is still flashing "protect", the unit needs servicing Contact JVC Customer Care Center at: 800-252-5722.

Unit only stays on for 4 seconds then turns itself off.

This is a short or unstable ohm load. Remove all speaker wire connections to see if the amp will stay on.
If the problem goes away when disconnecting the speaker wires try this:
1) Check volume level on zone one and zone 2 if connected. If it is too high the amp will go into protect mode and shut off exactly as you described.
2) Make sure no wires are touching any other wire or the metal surface of the amp. This will cause a short and send the amp into protect mode.

Power light and red light keep flashing alternatively

If both lights are flashing alternately, it means the Waste Ink Pads in your printer are saturated with ink and the waste ink ("protection") counter has exceeded its limit. The Waste Ink Pads should be replaced as soon as possible. You can overcome this problem temporarily by using the SSC utilit to reset the Protection Counter. This will stop the lights flashing and restore normal operation.

However, remember that eventually ink will overflow from the waste ink area and make a dreadful mess, so you must change the waste ink pads before this happens. This requires the disassembly of the printer.

If you decide to have a go at replacing the ink pads yourself, report back and I will provide further help.

Amp Power LED Display blinks red and no sound

With your multimeter set to DC volts, the black meter lead on the ground terminal of the amp and the head unit on (so the amp will have remote voltage applied), touch the red lead alternately to the B+ and remote terminals of the amp. Does the voltage on either the B+ or remote pulse below ~11 volts when the LED flashes?

Kenwood kac 859 amp

hi, note that if you are not using the proper gauge b+ and gnd cable with this amp then the current available at the amp wont be sufficint to keep amp on. also try using this amp while vehicle is idling. if this doesnt work then disconnect all spks from amp and check if red lite stops flashing. if it doesnt stop flashing then amp has internal fault. if lite stays on brite then proceed to check each spk load impedance, then reconnect each spk individually. the minute red lite starts flashing it will give you a clue that the channel or spk load is faulty. cheers

Casio EX-Z57 Flash not working

Try resetting your camera and see if that helps. Sometimes it does. In REC mode press menu go to setup tab go up to reset press right arrow & highlight reset press set. If that doesn't work you are probably going to have to send it in.
