Rear left channel makes my speaker pop cuts in and ou at certain settings
Swap left and right speakers. Does it stay with the speakers if so you have a blown or damaged speaker. If not then swap input cables only. If it stayed with the speaker you now know the amp has a bad channel and needs repair. If it swapped again you either have a bad cable or issue with your source unit.
Amp Power LED Display blinks red and no sound
With your multimeter set to DC volts, the black meter lead on the ground terminal of the amp and the head unit on (so the amp will have remote voltage applied), touch the red lead alternately to the B+ and remote terminals of the amp. Does the voltage on either the B+ or remote pulse below ~11 volts when the LED flashes?
I want a reliable system.
if you bought that equipment today then your answer is yes your amp will power the subs but if i was you and you want more bass I would go with a two channel amp or even a mono block amp that will be 1 ohm stable and if you decide to do that you might want to get subs that are dual 4 ohm voice coils and run them in series that will get you 1 ohm of resistance
Kicker zx650.4 amp turned off and on
could be a couple of things going wrong. could have overheated and shutdown to protect it. could have hand to many incoming wattage/voltage from your head unit and shutdown. could be that the ohms rating on your speakers is to low or that the speakers could have heated up and bumped the guilds and caused it to shutdown. don't know if you know how ohms works. but here is an exp. if you have and have that is rated at 4 ohm stable and that is the lostes ohm recomened for it. and you have two 4 ohm rated subs. you can run them and run them with no problem as long as you don't bridge them. run them off of the same port on the amp. when bridging them it devides the ohms in half. so 2 4ohms would become 2 ohm. 2 8ohm would become 4 ohm etc. if you are running 4 speakers in pair that are 8 ohm each the total together would be 2ohm. hope this helps. try to duplacate the conditions that was going the other day when it shut down same bass settings same song etc and see if it happens again if so try unhooking one of the speakers and try it again if it don't do it it was overloading it if it was overloading and you know its right ohms etc. send it in sorry this is so long.
Why is my Kicker 08zx650.4 amp turning off in my 98 Deville??
ive been hearing alot of this going on yes you had youre system proffesionaly installed but youre amp is pushing at all its got it must be pushing at 1ohms capacity loud but what you dont realize is that.. do ur home work first some amps say they can handle the power but if you read carefully it would read not stable look up amp on the net before buyin review them first ...but evrything youve got is correct its youre amp it wont burn out but you wont get continous power to ur spkrs ..i recomend installing one amp on each spkr same brand if you prefer in keeping it with a crossover if you dont have one that way they wont over heat and cutt off and you will use less power and get more bass...
My amplifier keep clipping
start with the lowest settings on all the adjustment knobs and turn your radio up to about 3/4 of the volume and go from there
DHD NTX-3107 Wont turn on anymore.
Please check that you've swapped out any associated batteries of your amplifier. And also, please double check that you're using compatible fuses as some manufacturers build their machine to only work with their own products like fuses.
If all of these things fail, you might need to reach out to the manufacturer of the product if you don't have access to the manual for troubleshooting.
