Problem printing Pendaflex file tab labels from 4600dn

Open the file or image you want to print.Select File>Print>Print Wizard/Tab opens>Select the printer from drop down list>Click Properties tab on the right side area>Below Color Intensity Area>click GREYSCALE PRINTING.

It can be set from more then one place. In MS Word you would go into the tools setting then choose the envelope drop down, select labels and in the options for the label you choose the format as an Avery Equivalent. That is where you can tell MS Word which tray to pull from. Also in the printer properties, under advanced options you can designate what type of paper is in each tray. Good Luck

if the label came off on the drum then no, the drum is the blue or green roller that is protected by the plastic flap. A quick easy way to tell is that there should be 3 or 4 marks on the page, evenly spaced, this will indicate something stuck on the drum. The only repair is to replace it, because of the highly sensitive material that it is made of.

try re installing the original software for the printer. sometimes hp drivers get corrupted by either use or anti virus. this normally should fix the problem If it does not please come back
