The ignitor keeps clicking even after the stove flame came on. It will do this for approximately 2-5 minutes. It's driving me nuts. Also, sometimes it'll take a minute for one or two of the stoves to turn on (flame).

When you light the burner, the flame heats a sensor which keeps the gas on, if this is faulty, the gas will go out.
Hi, sometimes cooking spills stop the ignitor from working. Clean the cook top thoroughly and try it again. Spills can also make the ignitor go off randomly when you are not operating your cooker. Check if the ignition point where the zap comes from is not turned or bent too far from its original position. If you have a gas shut off make sure it is fully open to supply enough gas. If all else fails buy a cheap hand held ignitor to start your gas stove. If the cause is a spill which sometimes the problem can persist even after cleaning it may take a while for it to work again. If the problem is with all six burners then your ignitor probably needs replacing. When you hear the ignitor zap check to see if the electronic zap appears to jump across to the edge of the burner. If it doesn't it will not light the flame no matter how many times you try. I hope this helps you.
If you are saying the clicking continues you must move the burner knob past the LITE position. If it continues clicking with the knob past the LITE position the ignitor switch behind the knob is bad.
I've seen this problem before. It happens when spillage get's into the ignitor switches. The switches are mounted on top of the gas turn-on valves. You have to replace all the ignitor switches because they are connected into wire harness.

I have a viking gas cooktop. The ignitor on one of my front burners wouldn't stop clicking even after the flame ignited. I swapped that ignitor with the ignitor from a back burner, expecting that the problem was with the ignitor and that the back burner would start to click incessantly, but at least I'd have my favorite front burner for use. Instead, the front burner was then only clicking 50% of the time and the back burner was fine, suggesting the problem was related to the burner not the ignitor. I pulled the front ignitor a bit away from the burner and now it is working normally. Hope this helps.
