Blank Pages We have a documax M3300 that we use in our blood bank to print out Unit Crosmatch cards. We had to change our print server last month and since then we get two blank cards between each order?

The probability is that the new print server is either configured for a longer "page" than the cross match card.

There are different ways to fix this and it really depends on the application used to print the cards.

My first suggestion would be to fix the print server - followed by setting the page size in the application and finally configuring the form length for the profile you are using in the printer - the application settings usually take precedence over the other two, but I have found when using Windows server to drive the printer that Windows dictates the form size and a custom form may need to be created.
