My usb ports won't work at all is there a way to fix this??

Hi if doing this dont help Settings --> System Settings --> Restore Default Settings

if changing the settings dont get them working then this will mean the usb ports will need replacing sony charge $100 for this fix so its not cheap, i repair them for 25 pound plus parts but im in UK so probably no help to you.

how ever you can charge your controls on your laptop or pc so you can still charge them and use them that way without paying out for the repair.
