These are the part numbers for all the boards that deal with the display. Im leaning towards the sustains as well and you need to do both at the same time cause if one is bad and you replace just one, a bad one can fry the new one.

Turn the power off and then back on again.

Check the flat cable connection of the main
motor and reconnect them.
2 Main motor failure Replace the main motor.
3 Low voltage power supply PCB failure
Replace the low voltage power supply PCB ASSY.
4 Main PCB failure Replace the main PCB ASSY.

Your camera is run by a program that is loaded onto the main board when it is replaced. This program is not available (Canon considers it propriety information) so the only way you could replace the main board would be with a used one (that already has the program installed) pulled from a salvage camera. However, this program also has color correction information and dead pixel information etc for the image sensor in the camera. You would have to replace the sensor from the salvage at the same time so that it matches. It would be cheaper to buy a used camera - check Ebay.

Remedy:
1.Replace fuser unit

2.Check the harness connection between fuser unit connector and eject sensor PCB ASSY
3. Replace the PS PCB unit
4.Replace the toner LED PCB ASSY
5.Replace the main PCB assy.

You can try to leave the machine power on for 10 minutes maybe this can clear the error. Or power on the machine while pressing the SW supporter,when the front cover is open and check that toner, DRUM and error LEDs light up, and then release the SW supporter. Check that all LEDs go off and press the SW supporter once,and then this problem maybe cleared by that press the SW supporter once again after all LEDs light up.

Main cause The fixing motor (M19) is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.
Action
1. Connector
Is the connector of the fixing motor connected?
NO: Connect the connector.
2. Main power supply PCB
Is the drive voltage (24 V) of the fixing motor supplied by the main power
supply PCB?
Main power supply PCB: between J202-3 (24VU1-S) and J202-4 (OVU1)
NO: Replace the main power supply PCB.
3. Fixing motor (M19), DC controller PCB
Press the Start key. Is the lock signal of the fixing motor present at the connector
(J312) on the DC controller PCB?
Lock signal: J312-B4 (FSRM_LOCK*)
the DC controller PCB change from 0 to about 5 V?
YES: Replace the fixing motor.
NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.


BUT FIRST: did you removed fixing assy from any reason? If you did try to repositioned it. Check for any foreighn matters inside or around the fixing assy. Try to reconect the fixing assy connectors. Check gears of fixing assy and drive assy.

Error 41 can be caused by
* Carriage Assy
* Print Head assy
* Main PCB
* Power supply pcb.

If it's anything other than cleaning the print head, chuck the thing away.
