I bought SCX-4521F printer in Sydney, Australia. I Lost my CD (Software), so I tried to download this software from Samsung website but it did not work. I need this software to install in my computer (window vista).

You should probably download the software using your distribution's software repository instead of the website, however. For example, it is in the package "printer-driver-splix" on Ubuntu and Debian.
