Call any service center that services appliances or most any electronics parts supplier. You will have to know the specs of the thermo fuse to order one.

If the thermo fuse is blown, most likely there was an overheating condition, and there is a failure somewhere. This can be a serious safety issue. When you change the fuse, it may blow again. It would be best to verify the specifications and for proper operation of the unit before using it again. A qualified service center for microwave ovens can do this for you.

Mw8115ssw no power
There's no reset button, only a a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in and see if ti works.

A microwave can be dead for many reasons.

It may be the fuse, which is usually located on the floor of the oven behind the control panel, between the door switches, or on the filter board near where the cord comes into the unit.

If the fuse is good, it may be an open thermostat or thermal cutout (TCO) / thermal fuse on or near the magnetron or on top of the cavity / body of the oven.

What amp of fuse do I need
There should be a paper tag near the fuse holder, or the fuse holder itself should be marked as to current requirement.

Most older or smaller models used 15A or sometimes 12A ceramic fuses.

Newer or more powerful models use 15A or 20A ceramic fuses.
