My clothes are still wet after the spin cycle...even at high, medium and low speeds. It is a Kenmore front load washer HE plus. What could be wrong...I've only had the machine for 14 months.

call a technician as it indicates that the cycle from rinse, spin is not progressing to spin only rinse, spin is a low speed spin to facilitate the rinse and to balance out the clothes ready for the fast speed spin cycle
many machine spin a full tub as they are pumping the water out
this helps to even out the washing load and reduce the unbalance situation
when the water is removed , the machine progresses the program to a high speed spin
call a technician as there may be a problem in the program board
Possible overloading or a situation many people do not consider is underloading ,if your machine has an out of balance sensor this will operate in either event and hold the spin to protect your machine .
HI. your unit is equipped with a spin control board. this board, if damaged, will not initiate an adequate spin. This will not allow for proper drainage and drying of the clothes. The spin motor regulates the rotation speed during the spin cycle. It seems to be the culprit at this time. Have the spin board replaced asap.
This part will usually cost around $150.00 at the most.
the reason the clothes are wet is the washer is not shifting to high spin, does the washer have a speed switch(normal wash spin, high wash spin)if its not the speed switch than the clutch is bad,how old is the washer?mike
is it a kenmore top load?if so the motor is not kicking in to 2nd gear for high fast spin, does it have a speed control on the head?are you using it on the reg. wash cycle?-mike
SOUNDS LIKE THE TRANSMISSION IS NOT ALWAYS SHIFTING INTO HIGH SPEED MODE,TRY A MED. SIZE LOAD AND SEE WHAT THAT DOES,TRANSMISSION MIGHT JUST BE GETTING OLD WHIH IS NORMAL-MIKE
