Samsung Syncmaster 1100MB

Wen PC starts i become next popup:
Debug Assertion Failed!
Program:..Files\Hardware\Samsung\SEC\Natural Color\NaturalColorLoad.exe
File: C:\Work\nc2_20020220\-for symbols- \NaturalColorLoad\SystemTray.cpp
Line: 124

For information on how your program can cause an assertion
failure, see the Visual C++ documentation on asserts
(Press Retry to debug the application)

..and wen I press Retry is likes to go good.
How can I make this problem to an end.

Connect monitor with PnP (D-sub) instead of BNC and install Natural Color again

Debug error

An "assertion" is a booby-trap inside a computer program.

Under normal conditions, the programmer has determined that his/her program will always find that the \'ASSERT\' statement is "true", e.g., \'ASSERT X > 0\'. However, in your case, somehow the value of \'X\' makes the statement to be "false". Then, the program "stops", due to something seriously being "wrong".

It\'s either some incorrect input data being fed to the program, or a "software-bug" inside the program.

Check your input.

Contact the author of the program.

There is a bright spot on the middle of screen, of my model no 1100mb. model code ks21cnibhk/xtp

The picture tube is at fault.Since its at the center it indicates that the phospors at the center are burnt/faded & not able to reproduce the colors it was meant to. My advice would be to buy a new monitor since changing the picture tube is not cost effective

I have just connected my old (beloved) SyncMaster 1100MB to my new computer with Windows 7. I can only get a refresh rate of max 60 Hz to the monitor. It gives too much flicker. How can I get a higher...

Right click your desktop and select "properties". On the last tab (where you set the resolution) click the "advanced" button. On the new property sheet go to the monitor tab and uncheck the box that say something like "hide modes that this monitor does not support". Click OK then. Now you should have everything up to 200 Hz.
Hope this helps. If you need any more assistance, don't hesitate to come back to me. Else, if the problem is solved, please do ACCEPT this solution. Best Wishes. Thanks for using FixYa.

I need driver

No, you don't need a driver. This is a "plug-and-play" device.
Your Operating System (Windows XP??) will adapt to the capabilities of the device.

It will be holding certain buttons or keys down when powering on.
