I have a NEC DVD RW ND 3540A. Its working with Windows XP Home Edition. I removed the diver and distroid the disk. (I would'nt but I did) How can i get anothher Dirver?

Remove the drive from your computer, and temporarily connect it to another desktop computer.
If it still does not work, then it's time to responsibly recycle it, and spend $40 to purchase a new CD/DVD reader/writer.
First thing to try would be a different brand of disc, there is never any guarantee with which brand of disc working with any specific DVD writer.
If you have tried different brands of disc and the DVD +R still does not work, I would reccomend visiting the manufacturer's website and downloading a firmware update for you specific DVD drive.
Note: Be very careful updating the firmware on the DVD drive, if the wrong firmware is used - or the firmware process not done correctly you can damage your DVD drive.
try downloading www.slysoft.com you burn read and rewrite almost everything you can test drive it for 20 days or so and if you want to buy it it is very cheap. lala linda
There are 2 lasers, one for CD and one for DVD. Most likely, your DVD laser is not working right. The new firmware update only supported more media:

DVD burners are cheap now a days (I just got a DVD lightscribe burner for $40 at CompUSA...Who is also going out of business)
