Subject: How to drain boiler of Saeco Incanto Deluxe
I got an answer from Saeco Customer Service as follows:

-----------------------------------------------------
Good Afternoon,

All you need to do is have the machine turned on and up to temperature. Make sure that you have a full tank of water as well. Make sure the machine is set for hot water, then turn the knob on the side of the machine to start water flow. Once the water is flowing out, remove the water tank and, leaving the knob turned open so that the water that's in the system drains out. Once water stops coming out, close the knob and shut the machine off.
The water is now drained from the system.

Thank You,

Hi, I a problem with my Saeco s-class incanto classic coffee machine. The two coffee cup lights are flashing green the water light is flashing red. I prime by turning the steam valve and hardly any water...

Try this, when you run the hot water cycle to prime machine and it stops putting out water push in on the knob if that works then replace the tap rod assembly or the whole steam valve assembly.

Saeco S class Incanto Classic was working, but now no steam at all. The pump sounds like it is trying to pump, but cuts out after a coupl of seconds, hot water light comes on, red water light flashes, and...

Check the end of the steam wand and parnello, if both are clear, then descale machine, that might unblock the tubes feeding the booster boiler and the steam wand if it doesn't then you will have to do it manually.

How do i reset my saeco sclass incanto coffee machine

Hi
If you are talking about the descale light you must let the machine quit on its own. The lights will change. Then do the rinse by replacing the water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob and again letting the machine quit on its own. Again the lights will change. Then repeat the last cycle until all the red lights go away and you only have a green blinking light. Stopping it when it is out of water will only let it continue on with the descale cycle. The pump must quit on its own.

How do you get the float out from the water tank on a Incanto S Class Saeco Coffee machne

On most of the machines there is a small plastic square plug above the float, if you remove that the float will come out.
