I purchased an HP Pavillion Slimline S3620f model# FK785AA-ABA Serial # CNX8330324 - KQ511-69002 Mother/system board FK563-6900Intel Core 2 Duo Processor #5200 2.5 Ghz Kc923-69001 2G Memory mododule PC2-6400, DDR2 800 MHz, 240-pins unburrered, non ECC 5188-7520 Power Supply on Oct 8, 2010 from my local Best Buy store - since Dec 09 I have been having issues with this computer - for three weeks we have been trouble shooting the problem and it looks like the mother board is the problem - was there a recall on this board? this computer is only a little over one year old.

Ohh hp pavillion have 2 year warranty on the motherboard, but dont do it yourself, just call the customer care and ask them to resolve the issue, as system is still in warranty period, dont void the warranty yourself

Your motherboard is for a AMD processor not Intel. You need a motherboard for a Intel processor before you can proceed.They are so different. Core Duo chips don't even use pins.
