the PC now works right,
i also told you the OS will get corrupted files with bad memory
telling you want;?
take out the bad memory (no brand or p/n stated so impossible to help fully)
then reload windows, (refresh , from media files or repair installs)
then post what memory you used
you can not just throw in ANY memory.

ask for what works, can do.
but you never once stated the DMM sticks used
brand and full partnumbers.
nor if OS s 32bit or 64bit.

Why is my samsung flat screen monitor black when turn on
Most likely culprit is a defect in the the power module (inside the monitor). Most failures are because of bad electrolytic capacitors.
Do a search using Google and type into the box (the Great Capacitor Plague). Read all about it.

I loose picture while using the computer, I have
It does sound like your switch is going bad. I doubt that it would be worth paying to get it fixed.
I am assuming that once it is on that it stays on. If so, I would just leave it on. Assuming that the monitor is fairly new and if it is Energy Star compliant, you should not be drawing much power when the CPU is off.
Hope that helps.
